I had this glass on a hot day in June 2008 when coming from a tour of Esztergom & Visegrád. It was quite refreshing in that hot weather & it was tasty as well. Tried finding it at local stores after returning to Budapest that evening but didn't find it.[/tab] [tab name="hi"]सोपरोनी एक हंगरी की बीयर है जो कि पहली बार 1895 में सोपरोन मद्य-निर्माणशाला में बनी थी और पिछली शताब्दी में कुछेक बार जिसके मालिक बदले और आखिरकार 2003 में यह हैनेकिन की संपत्ति बन गई।
यह बीयर मैंने जून 2008 के एक गर्म तपते हुए दिन में एज़्टरगॉम और विशेग्रात से लौटते हुए ली थी। गर्म तपते हुए मौसम में इसका अनुभव बहुत ही तरोताज़ा करने वाला रहा और इसका स्वाद भी बढ़िया था। बाद में बुडापेस्ट लौट कर इसको पुनः ढूँढा लेकिन यह नहीं मिली![/tab]

Soproni was my favorite in Budapest! I had it in nearly every bar (with the exception of course, of the hotel, which didn’t offer it on draught.

Jill, yes indeed I know why you liked it, it was quite good. I didn’t check out the bars since I’m not that inclined towards alcohol but I did try looking for its pint or can in some local stores & supermarket but didn’t find it, eh! Still, I cherished that one glass which I had at Visegrád, hehe! 🙂 :tup:

ज्ञान जी, बीयर पारदर्शी नहीं होती जबकि पानी में घुली चाय पारदर्शी होती है! 🙂
